SHIPPING : All Items are shipped Fed-Ex on the Tuesday or Wednesday following cleared payment. Insurance is optional.

REFUND POLICY : Unless noted otherwise, the item you are purchasing has been previously owned. We do try our best to make sure that our merchandise is working properly. No Item is sold with a warranty; all are sold " AS IS" .

PAYMENT METHODS : We accept money orders, cashier's checks, and PayPal. When paying by PayPal, we will only ship to the confirmed billing address for the account number. If you need an item sent to another address, we will accept Money orders and cashier's checks only. When purchasing at the location we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, and Cash of course. Pawn redemption's and interest payments are Cash only unless mailing us a payment, in this case a Postal Money order will do and we need the ticket number located in the upper left hand corner of your Pawn agreement.

TAX : All purchases subject to 7.5% Sales Tax.

FIREARMS :We require that all firearms bought using ezpawnonline.com must be picked up at the retail location from where the firearm was originally listed. All handguns purchased using ezpawnonline.com will require that the purchaser provide ezpawnonline.com with a valid North Carolina handgun purchase permit or a valid concealed carry permit at the time of delivery.

Any out of state purchase of a handgun using ezpawnonline.com will require that the firearm be shipped to a qualifying FFL dealer in that state. The purchase of all long guns (shotguns and rifles) will require that the purchaser be present in one of our EZ pawn retail locations (Ez pawn, Mount holly gun and pawn or West end pawn) and pass a NICS federal firearms background check before delivery of the firearm.

Any out of state purchase of a long gun (shotguns and rifles) using ezpawnonline.com will also require that the firearm be shipped to a qualifying FFL dealer in that state. No firearms will be released without following ALL federal, state and local laws!
